In 2021, we met virtually while working with Byjus during the 2nd wave of Covid. Despite our diverse experiences and educational qualifications, we shared a common background - coming from rural areas where access to technology and quality education was limited.

Struggling with the choice between limited learning opportunities in rural areas or moving to the city for market-oriented courses, we experienced the pain of countless rural students left behind, unable to secure good career opportunities, due to the lack of Quality SMEs, who have industrial exposure and can provide quality training.

In December 2021, we united with a shared mission - to make rural students market-ready and competitive. Choosing Anekal Taluk in rural South Bangalore as our starting point in March 2023, we reached out to institutes and students, providing affordable and quality market-oriented courses through Industrial experts. We ensure that every participant gets an internship to gain industrial exposure, and some may secure full-time roles in the same company.

Our goal is to empower young minds, offer industrial exposure, and create a brighter future for rural India. We envision a world where every rural student can access equal opportunities and thrive as confident professionals.
