About this course

Students learn Word for professional documents, Excel for records and basic analysis, PowerPoint for business presentations, Outlook for email and scheduling, Teams for collaboration and OneDrive/SharePoint for cloud file management. Every module uses a real office scenario: writing a report, maintaining a register, presenting to a manager.

Prerequisites

  • Basic computer use (keyboard, mouse, browser)
  • No prior Office experience needed

Assessment and certification
